By accessing or using the ClickFix platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms govern the relationship between you and ClickFix, providing a safe ecosystem for services.
ClickFix serves as a **Marketplace Connector**. We provide a digital infrastructure for customers to discover workers and for workers to showcase skills. ClickFix is **not** a direct employer and does not act as a service provider itself.
To register or use ClickFix, you must be of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Service Professionals (Workers) are independent contractors. They are responsible for their own service delivery, pricing agreements, and legal compliance. ClickFix is not liable for the outcome of any job.
Users must provide accurate information. Fraudulent job posts, fake profiles, or the use of copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate suspension.
Safety is our priority. Users agree to:
ClickFix identifies service fees as listed by workers, but final transaction amounts and payment methods are **directly negotiated** between the customer and the worker. ClickFix does not currently handle escrow or direct payments for home services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickFix shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data, property damage, or physical injury—resulting from the use of the platform or the services provided by independent contractors matched through the platform.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate any part of the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. Changes to these terms will be updated here, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
